We start with the client’s content. Ensuring their needs are met is our number one priority, so the team works efficiently to capture their footage first. Every shot is reviewed on-site to guarantee it aligns with the brief.
11 AM: TikTok Time with Shuka and Emer
Digital Content Executive, Shuka and Marketing Assistant, Emer bring the fun as they shoot a series of TikToks. Their creativity shines through as we capture content that’s engaging, authentic, and right on trend.
Also 11 AM: Concept Videos with Emily and Chloe
While the TikToks are in full swing, I (Emily) oversee concept videos. This means, directing the team and models, ensuring every unique idea is executed to perfection. From product showcases to storytelling videos, we power through as many videos as possible to maximise the set up.
12:15PM: Lunch Break -well-deserved!
12:30- 2:30PM: Headshots with Alex
Alex takes over for a quick headshot session. We capture professional and polished photos of the VAVA team for our own socials! Watch this space.
2:30 PM: Videos for VAVA
Back to work! The afternoon focuses on videos for VAVA Influence socials. The team ensures clear, impactful messaging while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.
4:00 PM: Wrap-Up
As the sun sets, we review the day’s work. Every piece of content is double-checked, and the team celebrates a productive day with plenty of laughs. Tired but feeling accomplished, we pack up our props and head home! A day well spent.

We know that analytics can be daunting, so we’ve put together this blog post to help you understand them a little better and use them to your advantage.

Engagement is key to measuring content success. Metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and saves help you understand how well your audience is interacting with your posts. A high engagement rate indicates that your content is connecting with followers. If engagement is low, consider experimenting with different formats.
3. Reach & Impressions
Reach tells you how many unique users have seen your content, while impressions show how often it has been viewed. A higher reach means more people are being exposed to your content, but if impressions are low, your posts may not be reaching as many people as you'd like. Adjusting your posting schedule to coincide with your audience's most active times (which can also be found in the analytics tab.)
4. Content Performance
It's essential to focus on the performance of your individual posts. Look at which posts have the highest engagement, reach, and overall performance. This can help you identify trends—whether it’s the type of content (videos, images, carousels), the topics, or the style of writing that resonate most with your audience. By creating more of what works, you can maximise your social media impact.
